Reset your Password

If you have misplaced or forgotten your login password, we can reset it for you. You will require the email address of your account.

Resetting your password is a two step process:

  • We will first send you an email verifying that the primary account holder really does want to change the password. This is to protect you against someone who knows your email address, but does not have access to it from changing your password. The email you receive will contain a link that verifies your request to change your email.
  • When you have clicked the link from the email above, we will send you another email that contains a temporary password for you to use. Please update your password once you login with this temporary password.
